It comes off the market, and everything transfers to your name. The full handover folder comes with it, including the founder starter kit, the launch guide and the handover guide.
THE TERMS
WHEN IT BECOMES YOURS
When the final payment clears. Not before, and
not in stages.
FIRST IN
Whoever secures it first gets it. We do not hold
one while someone decides.
THE DEPOSIT
It takes the brand off the table while you decide.
It is non-refundable, and it counts toward the total.
AFTER HANDOVER
Seven days of email support for questions while
you find your feet. After that it is entirely yours to
run.
WHAT TRANSFERS
Every file and every account. The name, registered, with the website address and the social handles. The identity in full, logo files, colours, fonts and the guidelines behind them. Product and packaging direction, the suppliers who make it, and the introductions to reach them. The website, the email flows, and a plan for the first ninety days.
It comes as one organised folder, with a founder starter kit, a launch guide and a handover guide that explain what to do with it. All signed over, all written down.
